@aleix_yz @skmruiz @noe_luaces @ctford @codingcoach_io the more time it passes the more I dislike the notion of mentoring. It express the idea that there is someone with bigger knowledge, and their path was and is correct. As time passes by I see more value in coaching, trying to guide the questions so the person finds his own path.
