@arifbobat @eikonne @allenholub A team is a group in charge of solving a need.we cant change "facilitator" because the boundaries are in team.Reductive if it removes bottlenecks is a good move,if I need a facilitator it means I dont have the communication skills necesary on the team for them to self organize
