    @KentBeck I would argue that is not the root cause,this is actually about a low understanding of XP & agile. We are in a moment where the industry has become dogmatic on their practices,without an understanding of the why. Ex. PRs where for 0-trust env & over the clock teams.

      @KentBeck If we talk only about TDD,the biggest issue is people treating it as TDT. As you mention is a design not a testing tool,as its mostly treated by the people that say its not for them. At the end is a knowledge/understanding issue.

      @KentBeck Also humans are lazy by default, abd the tooling is providing a single path of least resistance. git providers have PRs front and center, editors provide code coverage...one thing that is needed is less opinionated or more flexible tooling.
